In March of 2000 Keantha began employment with the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. During her 6.5 year tenure there, Keantha managed several affordable housing programs including the First Time Homebuyer Program and the Predevelopment Loan Program. It was this experience that launched her desire to obtain her real estate sales associate license in 2005. At this time Keantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and certifications in Homebuyer Education and Mortgage Loan Processing. She is also a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. Also, in order to remain a premier professional in the real estate industry Keantha holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Designation and is pursuing the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. Keantha is a devoted mother of two children: Brianna, 10 years old and Anthony, 7 years old; and serves as a member of Christian Heritage Church. |
